Todd Eppert

My Story

Todd has a Bachelors in Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Thomas More College. He served in a number of leadership roles during his 20 plus year career in small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses. He left the corporate structure in late 2017 to follow his passion of developing people, coaching, and mentoring.

In early 2018, Todd started a FocalPoint Business Coaching franchise in the Cincinnati area. In this role, Todd focuses his time helping business owners and leaders achieve results they otherwise could not achieve on their own. He provides coaching to small business owners and executives, and works with companies to develop their people through communication and coaching training as well as behavioral and emotional intelligence assessments. His expertise includes operations leadership, leadership development, strategic planning and implementation, continuous improvement, team building, coaching, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.

Todd volunteers with the Goering Center at the University of Cincinnati with the Next Generation Institute. He also serves on several not for profit boards. At home, Todd enjoys family time with his wife and two teenage boys. They enjoy outdoor adventure, travel, golf, and skiing as a family.
