My Story

Kip Hubbard is a seasoned business and leadership coach with more than 21 years of experience building and scaling revenue across pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics markets.

Before becoming a Focal Point coach, Kip held senior executive leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Area Vice President of Sales, with full accountability for profit and loss, revenue growth, and multi-state and international sales organizations. His career includes leading high-growth initiatives, building and developing sales and leadership teams from the ground up, executing turnaround strategies, and driving sustained expansion in highly competitive, regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Kip worked closely with marketing, operations, finance, and executive leadership to align strategy with execution. These experiences shaped a deep understanding of how misalignment, unclear decision-making, and leadership gaps can stall even the strongest businesses.

Today, Kip brings an operator’s mindset to coaching founders and executive leaders of small to mid-sized medical device companies who are ready to scale. His work focuses on helping leaders simplify complexity, make higher-quality decisions, and evolve their leadership so growth becomes intentional, repeatable, and sustainable.
