Joe Mallo is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, where he works with small business owners, sales professionals, and management teams to enable them to achieve results they are having trouble achieving on their own through assessments, coaching and training.
My Story
Before joining FocalPoint, Joe was an Award Winning Regional Vice President at three of the largest Financial Services companies in the United States including Fisher Investments, TIAA and Curian Capital. Joe’s responsibilities were to work with sales representatives and management teams to drive growth and increase revenue for both individuals and their companies by improving proficiency in three key areas: Client Acquisition, Practice Management, and Leadership Development.
A graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Finance, Joe has spent his entire career working to help those who help others. This experience has led Joe to continue his path in coaching and development, but now with the ability to work not only within the Financial Services Industry but to bring his experience to all industries.
