Maintaining an understanding of markets via competitive insights to successfully penetrate new accounts and manage categories.

My Story

Throughout his career he achieved ongoing recognition for business development, strategic account management, and team leadership skills. Introduced aggressive sales strategies with enhanced marketing programs with distributors, and retailers. Through aggressive business planning practices that include annual, monthly, weekly, and daily plans. These plans identified objectives, strategies and tactics that helped drive consistent market share growth year over year.

Recently John started Coaching & Development Equals Growth, Inc. and became a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach. His previous experiences as a Coach and Mentor in addition to being a small business owner himself have positioned him to help businesses achieve their long- and short-term goals. John has extensive experience managing many functions of business throughout the United States.
