I have a 20+ year track record of coaching and leading individuals as well as small, diverse teams towards a common goal.
My Story
As an officer in the Navy as well as a leader in Fortune 50 companies (Kroger, FIfth Third Bank) I have a wealth of experience in delivering success. My career has consisted of both national customer-facing product management roles as well as executive-level strategic sourcing. The one constant in my success regardless of the role is CLARITY.
Clarity of my personal “why”, the mission, the vision, and business goals provided the bedrock on which I delivered results – multiple millions in both sales and profit. In my coaching proactive I want to work with your business to discover the same clarity.
