20+ years of working with clients and employees has given me the ability to listen intently and ask key questions to uncover the need or challenge. I do not believe in transactional relationships. My goal is to ask a few questions to determine if I am the right fit for the company’s needs. If I am not, I will say so. If we do engage, I become a silent partner, fully invested in the success of my client.
My Story
Jim has a passion for helping owners and entrepreneurs step back and gain perspective on their business. He helps them realize they can be strategic and work on their business instead of feeling trapped working in the business. Jim spent 15 years in Corporate America coaching and training sales teams. Those efforts created an opportunity for him to transition into an employer, training and leading a team consisting of 13 team members. With a desire to help people overcome challenges, Jim decided to take his 20+ years of corporate and business ownership knowledge and become a business coach. Between Jim’s personality and background paired with the proven systems of FocalPoint Business Coaching, Jim is helping entrepreneurs realize their goals faster than they ever thought possible.
