She has launched multiple start-up operations, led organizational transformations, and developed high-performance teams across healthcare, e-commerce, and distribution sectors. Her expertise in building and scaling operations while developing strong leaders has consistently driven breakthrough results.
My Story
Carrie Miller brings over 25 years of distinguished human resources leadership experience to her role as a Focal Point Business Coach. Her career spans both industry titans and privately held companies, including executive roles at Amazon and Bon Secours Mercy Health, where she has shaped HR strategy across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, air freight, transportation, and e-commerce sectors. With a Master’s in Organizational Development, she combines proven business acumen with a positive psychology approach to transform organizations and their leaders.
Her expertise in building high-performance teams and driving innovation—developed while leading multi-state operations at Amazon where she embraced the philosophy that “the best companies build the airplane while flying”—enables her to help organizations thrive in rapidly changing environments. As a strategic partner, she guides leaders through critical growth opportunities, leveraging challenges into breakthrough moments of transformation.
As founder of People Pro Solutions, Carrie specializes in unlocking organizational potential through leadership development, culture transformation, and sustainable growth strategies. Currently pursuing her Certified Personal and Executive Coach and International Coaching Federation certifications, she brings both time-tested methods and cutting-edge approaches to help leaders navigate complex business challenges.
Guided by Maya Angelou’s wisdom that “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel,” Carrie creates lasting impact through authentic leadership. She actively serves her community through the Rotary Club of Toledo and Women of Toledo group, and founded Elevate, a Women’s Resource Group.
